I'm joining the army. Airborne ranger. Ranger school is an honor and I def want to pass. But I'm not 100%. I've gotten lazy since highschool and Los some strength. I'd like to put some muscle back on and lose some fat. I have no clue about what kind of cycle to take for my first time using steroids. I weight 225 and am 6 foot tall and my body fat percentage went way up lol I'm at 24%...sad I know. For the army rangers I need to weight about 190. Which basically means I need to be solid. I need lots of endurance and strength. Can someone help me find a good cycle and some diet tips. I def have to exercise down.
