Cheese burger and a coke.
You're too young for AAS, come back in a few years
Cheers mate
After you're done reading, hopefully you will understand that at 19 years of age you're too young for steroids because of a host of temporary/permanent side effects.
However, this forum is not just about steroids, we have a Nutrition Forum and Supplement Forum (as well as many others), which will teach you to really get to where you need to be naturally (good base) before using steroids.
Not sure what would be the best supplements to gain muscle & weight.?
its simple good old food check out the diet section of this forum as well and good luck with your training
At 19
Food, diet is the key. I've seen guys run full cycles with zero results because of a shitty diet. Once your diet is in check, routine. A good exercise routine is key. Sleep is the big one that most beginners don't even think about, without adequate sleep you'll hinder gains. Moving on to supplements, creatine monohydrate is a good supplement, one of the few shelf sups that I would even consider. Of course you have you whey proteins as well which brings me to my last point, a shake is not a meal nor is it a replacement for a solid protein. Try eating all your calories without adding in what you get from whey shakes and stay away from muscle gainers, they're just garbage through and through
Thanks pac man very helpful info must try and get my diet up to scratch... Lean meats plenty of protein and carbs
BCAA's, Creatine Mono, Vit-C, Multi Vit, Whey Iso.
What is the best company or brand for these products.?
Any info on sd matrix.?
@Steve- This site is not google. It functions with individuals doing their own research; and then posting information or questions when they can not find an answer. If you are 19 and just getting into bodybuilding you have a tonnnnnnn of research. If you're serious about training this research is part of the fun.
I like Now brand products, best bang for the buck.
Sorry thought this was a forum for asking questions and doing research..!!!
