Best AAS for women
My wife is getting very frustrated in the gym that she is not putting on any muscle. She is what I would call skinny fat. 5' tall and weighs 110. She gained 70 pounds with our first child and lost it all. Gained about 30 with the second and lost it all again. So I gues she is wanting to put on some muscle to get everything toned up. Any suggestions or cycle advice?

My wife is 5'-1" / 110 - 115 lbs. & LOVES Var. Based on her results & everything I've read about it, I'd say it's perfect 4 females.

Agree with Bear...My ex wife is on 15mgs/daily, 8 week cycle. She is going on her 6th week and I can see a good change. Her diet is on point along with her training regiment. DIET DIET DIET

Agree with getting her diet in order. Get her to head to nutrientional section for a personalised diet. How did she lose the weight after the babies?

it's more about the diet what is her age.. thats' a factor as well..
adding muscle, or "toning" i hate that word..
she needs to have a base line.. lets use strength as the word.. is she getting stronger every 2 weeks..?? is she over training, consuming 150g protein a day... ??The answer to your every question
