I found Letro very effective myself but also Nolva works too, best to deal with these things as fast as possible.

i think that letro should be used more in a last resort because its pretty powerful. i think nolva would work

i went to the doctors today, he says the lumps under my nipples could be sists, or just the glands behind have got larger as he says this happens, nothing to worry about for now . im still going to continue running my clomid and arimidex @ 1mg e.d as i hear nolva doesnt reduce gyno ?? nor does it work with arimidex. il check it in a weeks time and if its got worse i will then take the next step and possibly start on the letro. and noo i didnt use an ai during my cycle and had no symptons on cycle. also the lumps are not visible or painfull and are directly behind my nipple. so does that sound like a good idea to continue the arimidex and se how things go ??
cheers

I've also read that Nolvadex will halt and prevent gyno but not reduce it. I've read that only an AI will actually reduce gyno.

Nolva will get rid of Gyno, it's a primary use of the drug in males, there have been many studies stating this. Whoever says nolva won't work us very misinformed.
It takes time for the tissue to go down in size it won't shrink right away, and time doesn't matter just cause u have Gyno for a long period of time doesn't mean it can't go away, it's just stabilized with the amount of hormone your body produces.
Cbino's Gyno thread is a good read but the bit about nolva not affecting Gyno is 100% wrong.

I agree,,especially since your in PCT. If you were still on a cycle I would tell you to run the LETROZOLE .
