    Var Dosage...to split or not to split

    Is it better to take a 50mg cap once or split it to 25mgs each and take it twice during the day?
    Just trying to maximize my gear

    If you can split it up AM and PM dosing is best with ANAVAR .

    Another IMO 50mg of var to a person that has done several cycles would barley get your dick hard..JMO
