    Test Enanthate and D Bol cycle

    I'm 5'10", 170 lbs, 28 y/o, and 11% body fat.

    Here is my cycle.

    Weeks 1-10: 600mg Testosterone Enanthate per week (2 injections of 300mg, Sunday Morning Wednesday night)
    Weeks 1-4: 30mg of Dbol per day (split in two doses, one pre workout, one 12 hours later)
    Weeks 1-12: .5mg of Anastrozole (arimidex) Every other Day (EOD)

    PCT starts week 12, two weeks after last test shot
    Week 1&2: 40mg Tamoxifen (nolva) per day
    Week 3&4: 20mg Tamoxifen (nolva) per day

    I haven't done a cycle since 2008. I was using HGH at 5 ius a day. It's time to start getting back in shape. What do you guys think about this cycle?

    Looks good are you considered any hcg to aid your recovery and possible adding clomid to your pct?

    This cycle is nearly 100% the same as mine but I'm using aromasin instead of a-dex as bjohnson said clomid would be good for pct I'm trying to find some now aswell but online is hard now to find. All in all looks good good luck. Btw how many cycles have u done and what have they been? Just curious if u have done some really stronger cycles in the past u might want to add more if u think ur body can handle it and ur ready for it. But depends on ur previous cycles

    I have done HGH in the past back in 2008. I'm currently on a Var only cycle @ 75 mgs each day for 8 weeks total, I'm at the end of week 3. This will be my first Test cycle. If you pm me, I'll give you a source to get Clomid and I've considered it versus that Nolva, but I already have Nolva on hand.

    Get the clomid and run them both for pct

    Nolva 40/20/20/20
    Clomid 100/50/50/50

    3rd Meal @ 1900

    STEAK (1 oz = 7 g of protein) 371 49
    2 BAKED POTATOS (200 calories each) 400 8 100

    4th MEAL

    2 PB&J SANDWICHES 864 4 118 36
    PROTEIN SHAKE 530 52 42 16.5

    TOTALS 3477 240 363.5 106

    Sorry I copied and pasted it from my excel spread sheet. I guess it didn't keep the format. But its 3477 calories a day, 240 grams of protein, 363.5 carbs, and 106 grams of fat

    I would do 250 ius 2x week stop b4 pct starts

    I personally would maybe add another... or drop some pbj.... Thats 1/2 your meals... is sandwitches... Maybe add another with meat... Im no diet expert but... Thats my opinion.. I can eat PBJ all day and not gain a pound.

    I guess I could throw some fish, turkey breast, or more chicken breasts in there. It's just convenient for me to make PB&J sandwiches because I work 12-18 hours a day 6 days a week.

    Damn how do you make it to the gym.... Thats insane bro.... Thats just my opinion... Everyone is different... What works for one may not work for another but... I used to make like 8 pbjs on top of my 3 meals of work and still didnt notice a difference with them.

    I'm in the desert bro (Afghanistan). My typical work week is 72 hours. But I've worked a few 84 hour work weeks. They give me 1-2 hours during work to go to the gym. I don't eat sweets. I've been trying to watch the crappy carbs like white rice, white bread, and regular pasta. I don't really have access to wheat pasta. I don't like oatmeal or cottage cheese lol.

    Oh sh*t... Much respect bro... My brother just got back a year ago. Well if thats the case... You do what your doing. Kind of limited.

    Started my cycle on the 27th of Nov. I weighed in at a whopping 165 lbs lol. Here is a pic of day 1, week 1. Injected 300mg Test E, took 30mg Dbol split into 2 doses, and .25mg Arimidex.

    Did the same exact cycle last summer, looks dead on to me. You probing won't have to worry much about bloat while your sweating bullets in the desert all day. Adding Clomid ain't a bad idea, however I wouldn't consider it a must have. Just sayin.
