    first cycle with test prop and tren. Need advice...

    gonna start my first cycle. im 33 y/o 5'10'' 240lbs. yes im a little overweight but im working on that. doing cardio and weights. i dont know what my bf% is. so far been doing alot of research. this is what i came up with. let me know what you think. a 10 week cycle with test prop, tren, EQ, clen. Am i on the right track? if i am, what is the exact cycle?

    If you get side effects you're not gonna know which compound it is.. Maybe try some clen on it's own with diet and training to get your bodyfat under 15% then just do test prop on it's own with proper pct and see how that treats you. Bodyfat over 15% increases the risks of sides on a cycle.

    U should stick 2 Test. only 4 ur 1st cycle, that way if u hav a negative reaction u know exactly wuts causing it. And cycling over 15% BF puts @ greater risk 4 gyno.

    I bet you would feel a heck of a lot better if you got your BF down a bit first. Your results would be so much better plus less risk of sides.

    i work out at least 5 times a week for about 2 months, and my diet is nothing but chicken, brown rice, sweet potatoes and veggies. sometimes i'll have lean turkey on whole wheat bread. i have a friend who is recommending this cycle. he did it for his first cycle. all he had was sore nipples. he took care of it with nolva.

    Everyone reacts differently to every compound so you shouldn't go by what your friend did. Also as you've only been training for 2 months you wouldn't yield the gains that you could if you had a few years training under the belt. I think you could make great gains naturally if training is so new to you. I would definitely hold off on any cycle.

    2 months? Come on! Put in some work bro! How about spend the next year or so bringing your weight down some and bringing your strength up on some basic lifts before you hop on gear? Your friend can do whatever he wants. People are always going to recomend crazy crap to you. It is your job to sort through the bs.

    Reduce your bodyfat first. Don't run that cycle your first cycle should consist of one compound only ie test only. Go to the profile section and read and research. Head to the diet section and sort your diet out and get that bf under control. Don't listen to your friends they don't full understand the dangers and risks involve in that cycle. Best of luck

    not to be rude but think of it this way:
    There are tons of guys who grow on just a test only cycle.
    But for some reason you think you need to stack 3 different chemicals together and one of them being tren. And tren being one of the strongest steroids out there 2 grow. How does that make sense. Why would you need more then everyone esle. Why take more, spend more $ and have more side effects for no reason

    Clen is no miracle worker either. This will be 80% diet, 18% exercise and 2% clen. But it is totally doable. I know, because I have done it.

    Everyone has wildly different reactions to Clen. I would start low, like 40mcg and then ramp up by 20mcg a day and see how it hits you. Top out at maybe around 120mcg a day. I start with 140 on day one and get almost zero sides, but others feel like crap on 40mcg and stop taking it on day two. It seems to be a crap shoot.

    I take it for two weeks at a time. Some combine it with something else and run it longer.
