I have been loosing bodyfat on Cyp and Deca, its all about diet and calorie expenditure.

depends mate, we are all diff in our needs, ideally you just want enough to grow and have the energy to train, takes a bit of time and experience to pin it down. dont get sucked into the mega cals BS that get broscienced around forums, you're eating protein for muscle weight NOT entire bodyweight. im 225lb and can grow on 200grms protein pd
I think ill be set if i up my fat and protein! I eat all organic meat,grassfed beef,buffalo,and wild caught fish! I also try to keep my body high alkaline by drinking 9.5ph water and eating high alkaline foods!
