Hi everyone new here.. JUst want to let u know my cycle

Im 5 10 190 nice build trying to lean down i decided to use primobolan and winstrol as my gear...
im running the winstrol EOD 50mg
Primobolan every 4 days 100 mg
What im looking to do is increase my strenght and size a little more but mostly concentrate on less water retention and lean muscle mass..
Please let me know if i am headed in the right direction..

Welcome to AR Bro. I'd think about running some test, if you want to add size. Primos hard to get, unless you have a good source.

I would run the wiiny @ 100mg eod and bump the primo to 300mg week...just my 2 cents...

Primo needs to be run at 400mg/wk to see decent results. 100mg E4D isn't gonna cut it. What length are you planning to run the primo/winny?

i personally wouldn't run the winny longer than 6 weeks...yea, like nj said you need at least 400mgs a week...i would probly go 50mgs ed on the winny

hey guys sorry i havent posted in a bit... just keeping you updated i am in the process of finishing my 3rd week on the cycle.. i changed it alil bit though i took your advice and i am running 300mg primo wk and winni 50 mg eod.. i see great results already possibly cause its my first cycle..

whats up guys?? well its been 8 weeks and i just wanted to post my results and cycle stats as promised...
week 1-3 primo 200mg week winni 50mg eod
week 4-6 primo 400mg week winni100mg eod
week 7-8 primo 200mg week winni 50mg eod
i started the cycle 8 weeks ago @ 188 lbs i am currently 203 lbs... i feel and look great.. everyone has noticed a big improvement and my confidence level is threw the roof.. i trained extremely hard during these 8 weeks and kept a good diet threwout 80% of the cycle.. i would like to thank everyone who responded to my threads and helped me with my cycle... this was my first cycle and i plan to do another in october or november.... i will be posting pic for everyone soon i have b4 and after pics....
