My chem. supplier recommends refrigerating letro. I did and at the bottom of the vial small white clusters have developed. Can anyone shed light on this.

i dont see why you need to refrigerate letro. Take it out allow to dissolve. The formations should disappear. First I heard of refrigerating it.
