    First experience help

    Hello, need some help with my first ever cycle.
    I'm 28, 6ft 3, 202lbs been hitting the gym heavy for a few months but have been lifting with my job for 6years. Getting hold of some test and masteron on the weekend, 10ml of each. Was going to run the test alone but since I was worried about sides, masteron was recommended. I literally have nothing else, what else would I need, pct etc too?

    I should elaborate, I'm looking for muscle gains, visibly. I'm at 18 - 20 percent bf at the mo and trying to cut more. Diet is plenty of veg, protein, and get big carbs once a week. At the moment I'm hitting the gym 5-6 times a week and I'm hitting the weights hard on mon, wed, fri, and cardio tues, thurs, maybe a bit of both on a Saturday morning, depending on how I feel. 3 protein shakes a day too. Been taking the usual tri creatine which is working better than creatine mono ever has, and over the few months I've hit the weights hard, I've seen fairly decent growth but nothing anybody else has noticed on me.

    WELCOME!

    so you are 6'3 and 202 and almost 20% BF? I bet you would see much better results if you came to the Nutrition forum first before cycling. The members can help you get some BF down which would help prevent potential sides. Plus you would see much better results.

    WE all end up there sooner or later. Hey! If I had to go there then so does everyone else!

    and ps: it is recommended to have your PCT lined up before starting any cycle....some guys get caught without it and not fun....

    Thanks dude. Just been reading through some of the stickies, some good info. Just a bit confused about what might be best for me, ive read so much info over the last few days, my heads gonna cave in.
    Im wrong about my bf though, just found my printout, I'm 16.5 bf. And I don't even look that tbh, I'm a slim dude, decent sized arms (from work) with weirdly big quads and glutes.

    best thing to do is to keep reading around here and take it in while you figure out what to do and it will all start making sense....

    Yeah I've been having a nosey around a few of the threads and I've got a pretty good idea now I think! Sorry for calling you dude haha! I'm on the iPhone app and it was late, I'm still learning haha!

    And my weight is actually 210-215lbs. Would be a good start to get my stats right wouldn't it.

    There is no 'true" BF% you should be at before starting a cycle. however, the higher the BF%, the more risk of feminine sides. I'm at 15%, still a little high, but I do keep my eye on it pretty close
