Question Your Experience: A Quick Survey

What's up guys. I haven't seen a post like this one, but if one exists feel free to point me in the right direction. I'm trying to make the most informed decision I can, when it comes to AAS. Here's a little background info about me: 22 years old, 205 lbs, 9% body fat, 8 years of bodybuilding/weightlifting experience of which 6 years is quality, and I eat about 70% clean. Also, I believe my genetic potential (with the time and energy I can afford to put into lifting) is about 215 lbs.

Now to the point of the post. I'd like to hear everyone's "story", if you will, on their steroid experience. Include things like:

    When you started (age)
    How long you've used AAS
What are some things you've learned that you wish you would have done differently, concerning AAS
Any health problems (or lack of) you've had, related to AAS (I'm most concerned about this)
Any successes (no health problems)/failures (health problems) you've seen others have while using steroids
And, any other information or advice you could give at all

I've been researching AAS for a while now and there's just no good evidence (that I can find) that discusses the safety of AAS at the high doses required to see the results like bodybuilders want. So, I figured a small survey on this forum would be a good start. Also, as a note to spammers (people lying about steroid use for "fun"), please do not mislead me and the many others that my read this post. You're dealing with human lives.

To anyone who shares their story, thank you very much. It's greatly appreciated.

Any health problems (or lack of) you've had, related to AAS (I'm most concerned about this) High ALT/AST levels from ancillaries, chronic acne (really bad), and hypogonadism (made it worse)

When you started (age) - 20
How long you've used AAS - Not long
What are some things you've learned that you wish you would have done differently, concerning AAS - Achieve my fitness goals on my own first and only using AAS once i plataue and also realising AAS works at its best when everything else is on par.
Any health problems (or lack of) you've had, related to AAS (I'm most concerned about this) - High cholestrol and high temper (symptom of high blood pressure and high cholestrol) - mitigated through the use of fishoil tabs and increasing intake of garlic and vitamin E).
Any successes (no health problems)/failures (health problems) you've seen others have while using steroids - Seeing a training partner on the same level & with the same stats using AAS two years ago and looking amazing for summer wihtout any major side effects pushed me to start researching AAS and learning the importance of PCT. I have seen many users taking the wrong AAS so to speak (i.e. short guys taking heavy water retention AAS & looking short and stumpy) & not using a proper PCT (some dont even know what the term means). I have also seen many users suffering joint pain whilst on cutting AAS from not training correctly. As well as many users just doing AAS in summer and only training in summer and disregarding training every other time of the year and having to wear a jumper because the difference on and off AAS is soo great!
And, any other information or advice you could give at all. Training, diet, PCT and selecting the correct AAS for your ideal goals are all key variables of AAS giving you the results you're after.

dont do it unless you're prepared for the minor sides and all the way up to the major sides. get a thorough medical check up before starting and continue to monitor bloods

What are some things you've learned that you wish you would have done differently, concerning AAS ate cleaner, not do winny
Any health problems (or lack of) you've had, related to AAS (I'm most concerned about this) nothing major, winny took a chunk out of my hair line which IMO wouldnt have changed since i dont have alot of systemic DHT anyways

And, any other information or advice you could give at all research, become the most informed possible of what can occur and how to best approach it. and make sure you are doing it for the right reasons (not just bein lazy cuz u want a better looking body w/o puttin in the time nor effort). I did prop ED, work out the muscle group you injected the same day asap after the injection. ( i injected then worked out) was very pain-free minus a knot or so but if i didnt work out that muscle i was in PAIN!

haven`t been on for the last year or so but will be back on in the coming months. (28 now)
    No negative sides that lasted
    Great gains

It can be harder to stay 100% dedicated naturally after experiencing how great steroids work. This is the biggest thing people need to over come as not to rely on steroids to be in shape.

What are some things you've learned that you wish you would have done differently, concerning AAS maintained diet after first cycle. Stayong motivated after pct was a challenge. Now that I know what to expect its not as bad.
Any health problems (or lack of) you've had, related to AAS (I'm most concerned about this) The worst I had was a bit of ED after a really long cycle and pct was finished.
Any successes (no health problems)/failures (health problems) you've seen others have while using steroids Got bigger, faster, stronger. Var makes my aches and pains go away.
    Interesting responses from some.
