    Starting first Test Prop cycle

    Ive got 40ml of Test prop at 200mg/ml, i wasnt sure on how long to cycle this for and how much.

    I was considering running the cycle for 8 weeks however that would mean i would be running 1000mg per week which seems a lot for a first cycle. Alternatively i could lower the dosage and run the cycle for longer?

    I have nolva and clomid also for pct.


    Also in regards to dieting, I wasnt sure on whether to eat clean foods or hit a high calorie diet and try pack on as much muscle.

    The goal isn't to use everything. The goal should be to use a certain amount based on experience and goals and simply to make sure you have enough. You can always use the remainder in the future.

    My stats are as follows

    25 years old, 6'1, started training at the age 19, went from a skinny 58kg and now sitting on 92kg at around 14% bf.

    This will be my first cycle ever and my goal is to drop down to about 10% bf while putting on as much muscle

    I was thinking of running 700mg-800mg per week, would this be too much for first cycle?

    Also where would be the best place to store gear?

    700 - 800mgs... save that dose for latter cycles.

    go with 50mg ED for 8 weeks with HCG on cycle and a clomid/nolva pct (may be fine with just a nolva PCT)

    the cutting/bulk is diet dependent, head over to that section and get that squared away
