    begginer cycle questions and cycle info?

    hey guys i was asking about the cycle and and the one i read on was the test enanthate, nolvadex and clmid for pct, if this is indeed the best started cycle i know the amounts were posted but i want experienced, senior member consensus on what is the best and what amounts, so basically how much for how many weeks and that goes for nolva too if gyno occurs as you say and when and how much clomid to take so basically what are beggining to end directions just asking cause i am reading on each substance now and want to make a quality informed call thanks. also does gyno depend on genes? i might be over the 15% bf you say its dangerous but i dont want to cut now i am trying to bulk as much as possible for a while before i cut! i am 5'9" 210 lbs and am not "fat" i have some meet but not soo much i want to get my goal is to get bigger! thanks any help on this much appreciated and if i may ask what street value should this 1st cycle run so i know what financially ill be handling? thanks again!

    Welcome to the board mate
    I don't pct, just trt, so i'll let others advise you there.
    However, for test enth, a "standard" cycle would be 500mg/wk for 12 weeks.
    I see by your profile you decided to wait until you were 25, so good for you on that.
    There is no "true" BF% number for when you should cycle. It is more like the higher the BF%, the higher the risk for sides. We usually advise to wait until somewhere 12 and 15% BF before cycling, but you'll have to be the judge on that one.

    So let me ask you, what are the rest of your stats?

    Read up on pct protocal and learn what you need to do for basic test cycle. Its better to learn what and why you take them instead of just being told what to take. As for gyno on cycle you could either run 10mg nolva throughout or have some AI on hand in case you start noticing signs.

    thanks! yeah time roman i wrote a topic the other day similiar and stated my diet and workout are top notch lots of protein good carbs, not alot of fats, example breakfast would be 2 eggs/3-5 whites 1 cup oats with skim milk or water, 2 cup OJ, example normal meal is 6-8 OZ chicken with sweet potatoe and 1 cup veggies, myofusion shakes, ON 3 day multi, fishand flax oils 3 times a day, and a 5 day split of legs/chest/back/arms/shoulders with classic exercises. and yes i waited ive been lifting for a year strong 4-5 days a week and have put on decent size, lifted for several years before in late teens hard as well. and i realize calories may have to go up. also like i said i dont wanna cut! i wanna hit my weight goal of 230 before i cut down so will a begginer cycle be ok? so the test enanthate 500mg a week is that 1 pin a week or 2 for best results? also what is the trt you speak of times roman? i am tryin to learn what to take not just advised thats why so many questions AND i am reading haha. and from what i read a 3 ml 23ga. 1 1/2" is best needle/pin? i am just trying to put it all my info together correctly to try to prepare, thanks all info appreciated again guys!

    ^ pinning test enth once a week and you should be good to go. I go twice a week, but the difference in the blood plasma "spikes" is probably minimal. Test enth has a half life of 5 days, and an active life of 15 days. so if you pin 500mg test e on day one, after 5 full days, on day 6, you will still have 250mg that is still waiting to be metabolized.

    TRT is short hand for Testosterone Replacement Therapy. This means (to me) that I have been diagnosed as having low testosterone levels in my blood (both Free and Total). So my doc prescribes a "once a week" injection of testosterone cypionate, very similar half life to ethanate. It also means I recognize and accept that I will forever take the weekly shot of testosterone, since by now my body is in total shut down of test production. PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) is after cycle treatment to get your hormonal levels back to normal as quickly as possible. Since I'm not ever going to worry again about my own test production, then there is no need for me to go down the PCT route. You either do TRT or PCT. Now, having said all that, I also want to say that I am 50 here real soon, and have no intention of having any more kids, and I am at a very much different place in my life cycle than you, so TRT is right for me. It is NOT right for you. You still have your life to lead, and need PCT.

    also when is the best time to pin the enanthate? i mean before a workout on a offday or morning? i work 3rd so my hours are different

    Agree. test is oil based and it's release is slow, and therefore, doesn't matter.
