    Weak while on Clen

    Weak while on Clen

Is this normal to feel weaker while on Clen?
Lifting about 80% to my normal weights

Half way through 3 week course
    Got shakes
    Got head aches
    But feel weaker

    Thanks

Try taking clen after your workout, the shaking will definitely make you feel weaker if you're taking it before...

I take it you're on a low caloric defecient diet? If not, why are you taking clen . Could be just the diet.

It may be diet. Clen destroys my aerobic capacity so it could also be the amount of time you are resting between sets. For me taking it post workout doesn't make a difference. It has a fairly long biphasic halflife

Low carb diet but done this before without too much loss in strength
Taking Clen first thing in the morning to help with my sleep, if i take them too late in afternoon I cant sleep

clen is a stimulant, so it makes your heart work harder at rest so when you are working out it works even harder.

If your heart is already workin on max (due to the clen) you wont be able to do as much work as you can w/o clen because of the amount your heart works.

think of ur body as a car, if you have the idle set higher (aka on clen) then when you reach your max rpms you wont be traveling as fast. you will feel good for the first bit of the rpms (higher torque) but as you go higher, you are putting more strain on the engine and it wont be able to reach the same top speed (now that might not be accurately correct for a engine, but it paints a better picture for a basic understanding)

that is exactly why you are weaker. also, you are on clen 24/7 so when you take wont make a diff. heart rate doesnt matter
