Ok,
I had originally joined this site in 2003 with the intentions of getting some quick info and doing a cycle right then and there. After reading, searching, and speaking with several senior members I decided to wait a little longer as I was only 20 at the time. So I was going to wait until 22, then the more I read the more conflicting information I found and different protocols for cycling and PCT, so I decided that I would do some more research and wait until 25. Then 25 came and went and I was still researching and reading and trying to wade through all the information out there on the best age to start, the best protocol for cycling and PCT and so forth. This entire time I was also learning how my body responded to different dieting strategies and workout routines and splits. I was not always actively posting on this site but I was pretty consistently reading and researching.
All of this finally brought me to where I am today, ready to start my very first cycle next week. I am currently 28, 5’6’’ tall, 185lbs and I am not sure about my body fat I would say it’s probably around 8-10% as I am just coming off of a show back a few months ago and I have been on a pretty heavy mostly clean bulk for a few months now. My goal is to add as much mass as possible over the next 6 months before I have to start cutting for NPC nationals the end of next year, where I will hopefully win my pro-card. By the way I competed at 151 and I am up to 185 already, I would like to more up at least one weight class for nationals.
Anyways back to my cycle, I will be doing test-E @ 500mg a week with a D-bol kicker for the first 4 weeks @ 40mg per day. And I will follow a Nolva only PCT for 5 weeks @ 40/40/20/20/10 which I will start 14 days after my last injection. (I know some of you strongly believe that clomid is also needed, however from what I have read I don’t believe that to be the case and this will also help prevent the possible sides that can occur with clomid at the doses that are used for PCT.)
My diet is on point, I am pretty close to your standard 40/40/20 split for macros and my daily caloric intake is just a little under 4000cal, I will post the specifics of my diet later as I am at work now and I don’t have that info with me.
As far as my workout goes, I am on a 5 day split, on Mon,Tue,Thu,Fri, and Sunday and off on Wed, and Sat. I train back and traps on Mon, chest on Tue, arms on Thu, legs and deadlifts on Fri, and shoulders and abs on Sun.
I plan on keeping a log of my progress as I follow this protocol and I will post weekly updates on my progress. This has been a long time in the making and I am finally going to pull the trigger.
