Yes. Depends on ur diet.
Sure. Your diet will dictate fat gains or losses almost entirely. As for bloat, an AI will generally help with that, although it depends on what compound(s) you plan to run.
What are you proposing? Also, stats? Age, height, weight, BF%, cycle history, etc.
Damn straight bro! Diet is key! And a good ai will keep water retention down. Also, I was once advised to drink more water as your body will not want to retain more water. I've never really noiced that helping, but I'm also aware some compounds are worse than others for water weight and I tend to avoid them.Originally Posted by gbrice75
You can some and keep your body fat low if you are lucky enough to be able to consume a lot of calories, but if you want to get optimal results you need to gain a little on a pure bulking cycle.I always lose about 10 pounds before i start my bulking cycle so i can eat enough protien and carbs and gain a pound or 2 a week while on the cycle. Its best to feed your body while bulking,i found its harder to gain while loosing weight and not eating enough.
You can eat fairly clean and gain about ten lbs. You'll look and feel good. The people who say they gain 25-35lbs while on a bulking cycle have to look and feel like crap. If I'm trying to bulk I will eat in order to do so but I will do a little cardio (3 x30 min a week) to keep fat and water retention to a minmum.
who gains 30 pounds on a cycle? 1 or 2 pounds a week are plenty on a 8 week cycle,if you want stay lean and not gain much muscle dont eat enough calories..............youll be lean and look good anyway,i think most people use steroids not gain mass but just to look good with real low body fat.
true bulk you would eat as much as possible not worrying about how much fat you put on with muscle.
