I was on a ugl site and asked for a price lists and received a email of price list in adobe.

No, that's actually a pretty standard "disclaimer" among UGLs. They hope to be able to play the "role-playing" card to avoid LE heat/going to prison.

I know the lab you are talking about, and I even know what site you are talking about. that is their standard email reply as Bonaparte mentioned to avoid LE . However, the website you visited is NOT an authorized dealer for that particular lab and you should avoid it. This lab does not deal through any website.

Perhaps I should rephrase. The person who operates the site is some Joe Blow who bought bulk product and is now reselling. Idk, I would think it would be safer to buy from a rep than some 3rd party random person, no ?

All these e-mail lists are high risk, some are legit but very hard to know for sure. Luckily I haven`t been burned but I`m sure I am in the minority.

Do you trust the person who connected you to them? Like said above is high risk, and you have to realize you might lose a couple of hundred bucks. Fortunately I haven't been burned either. Its not like you're ordering video games off ebay.

its not like the authorised rep is some legit business. It all illegal. Do your homework on either person

There are lots of good sources who only go by referral and email. Alot dont need or want websites to promote themselves.
