I notice that when I wake up at night to pee I feel that I am starving.
Would that not be a good time to put something in my mouth. Like something easy to make high in protein. What is the best choice ?
Whey Protien ?
Have two scoops ready and all I do is put water or skim milk in it and shake - drink.
Cottage Cheese ?
Easy to swallow a couple of spoons.
Cooked Chicken ?
have a couple of bits
This might make a difference. Little things add up especially when on a cycle plus I think it builds good habit. Soon I might be having a proper meal in the middle of the night and still be able to sleep before and after.
Any suggestions please ?
