Newbie pct question

Hi just want some advice on pct and if you think my pct looks right.

I'm going to run 500 mg of sustanon a week. 250 monday and 250 Thursday, for 12 weeks.
Then run nolva 2 weeks after last injection 40 mg a day for 2 weeks then 20 mg a day for 2 weeks.
Iv done abit of research on my pct but not quite sure if i understand it.

What are your stats just out of curiosity. It's a little to late for advise in terms of cycle

Your pct starting 2 weeks after last shot is right.
Nolva @ 40/40/20/20
Clomid @ 100/100/50/50
This is pretty standard. Also your pct is something that you should have had figured out before u started....no offense.
Did u run HCG throughout your cycle? Would have helped with recovery.

Haven't started the cycle yet....
Just wanted to see if the pct was correct before cycle.
I'm 6'2 198lb.

This thread will give you all the info you need on first cycle and pct , you should do some more research and make sure you fully understand what your doing before you start a cycle

for sust you wait 18 days to start pct
are you using hcg ?
