Whats the ideal TEST to estrogen ratio

Ive read numberous articles about how free test should always be about three times what estradiol is for peek levels


can someone critqiue my blooodwork...1 year post cycle

total test 610 range 260 to 1100
free test 90 range 70 to 120
estradiol 43 range 20-50
shbg 51 range 30-48
lh 3.3 range 2.0 to 8.9
fsh 3.9 range 3.0 to 9.0
prolactin 4.9 range 2.0 to 10.00


should i work on lowering my estradol/shbg...would that improve my libido

if so.....what product would be best to do this..... arimdex?

Bollocks to the ratio, use as much Test as you require (goals, cycle exp, stats)

Estorgen should be kept around 20-30 IMHO.
