Numbness on my hands and fingers (currently running Test E)

I noticed that I got numbness on my hands and fingers when I sleep (like my hands falling asleep), I think it started around 3rd or 4th week of my cycle (currently on 7th week). Not a big deal just annoying. Is this common? Is there any supps to prevent this? Thanks

I am having the same problem. My arm falls asleep at night and I wake up and can barely feel my hand. Weird. I figured I'm just getting so massive that the veins are having trouble keeping up, lol.

I believe this is also a common symptom of carpal tunnel. I have had that problem for years. Try wearing braces that keep you hands straight at night and see if it helps at all. It is a cheap and easy way to test the theory before going to the doctor.

I guess it's coincidence that I got it when I am on cycle then? I dont think i never take chromium unless it comes from food, my diet mostly beef, chicken, tuna, veggie (brocolli, veggie mix), brown/white rice, protein powder, nuts. I guess i should check it with doc once I am done with cycle.

Paresthesia can occur due to an increase in hematocrit levels I imagine.
