Stacking Question re: Sust/Tren/Anavar

How long would you run each and how would you stack them? I've never used Anavar but have used Winny quite a bit. I usually run the winny for the last 6 weeks of a cycle. I'm just curious how some of you would run this stack to get the most out of all the compounds? Here were my original thoughts...

Week 1-8: Anavar (40-60mg/day)
Week 4-12: Tren A (100mg EOD)
Week 1-12: Sust (500mg/week)

Would also like to hear feedback on AI's and what has worked best for everyone. I tend to get some gyno sides here and there and would like to hear what has been most effective for everyone. I hear a lot of differing opinions. I've run Adex, Nolva, and Clomid in the past....varied the doses and times.
