I was lookin at running 8 weeks of sustanon at 250 mg per week. i am 5'5 127 taking in about 2700 cals and good macros all around. question is how much nolva should i take with the cycle and when. also for a pct how much clomid should i take as well and how long

Your body is no where near ready to use steroids. And you need to research A LOT more. Steroids are not magic pills and need to be taken seriously.

even taking a minimum dose of 250 mg a week? i have a hard time putting on weight tried lots results are lots of shitting and bloating. i just turned 27 so i figured this would be a good time to try it

put up a days worth of eating so I can look at it.

those steroids will not be beneficial if you aren't providing the right amount of calories

meal 1- 2 ounces turkey, 2 cups egg beaters, 1.5 scoops protein shake, 2 slices wheat bread, 2 tbsp almond butter
meal 2 - oatmeal packet low sugar, 1 scoop protein, 8 ounce ff yogurt, 145 gram strawberries
post workout- 1.5 scoops protein shake, 135 g banana, flax seed pill
meal 4 - kashi mini wheats 1.5 cups, 4 oz salmon, 1 packet tuna, half cup green beans, tbsp olive oil
meal 5- 125 g straw berries, 1 cup 1% cottage cheese, 1 scoop protein
meal 6- 4 ounce chicken, 2 cups mixed veggies, 1 scoop casien

you should add real food in place of a couple of those protein shakes.

post this same diet in the diet forum and those guru's will have you gaining weight in no time.
