    3rd cycle, need experienced users to make sure

    i, I'm 6'3'', 220lbs and 13% BF. I work out 5-6 times a week and do cardio 3x20mins. I'm 26 and did my first cycle at 20. An old friend gave me t400 for 5 weeks no pct and no diet since I wasn't educated.. I'm at my 3rd cycle and with my budget this is what I found. My goal is to have an overall good muscular shape since I've never been under 12% bf I guess it's my metabolism... So this is how it looks:

    week 1-12 tst e at 500mg
    Week 1-10 eq at 250mg
    week 1-4 var at 50mg ed
    week 3-15 hcg at 250iu 2x/wk
    week 14-18 nol at 20mg ed

    Clomid?

    Would that be a good one to keep putting on muscle and not taking too much ?

    Is that a current picture of you in your avi?

    If so your not 12% BF

    Ur cycle needs work as well

    Everything's all wrong except for the test. And that's all you should do imo..
    Pct research is needed.

    The guy at the gym toook my bf at 13 last week with 11 pinch point I think.. Anyways, only test?

    For your own good I suggest that you post a picture, in your avi you look higher than 13% IMHO

    Get your diet in check first along w/a solid training regimen. I'm w/Baseline, you look higher than 13%. I don't think adding anything would benefit right now.
    And yes, you need to add clomid. Stop the hcg before PCT.

    With that belly and assuming you have love handles. 15+ min.

    Yeah stick to diet and exercise. Your bf will only mess with your results.

    mate, i dont mean any offence but you dont even look like you train. AAS arent something you should be using. you need to build up a good natty base firstly, get into the nutrition section and post up your diet
