i, I'm 6'3'', 220lbs and 13% BF. I work out 5-6 times a week and do cardio 3x20mins. I'm 26 and did my first cycle at 20. An old friend gave me t400 for 5 weeks no pct and no diet since I wasn't educated.. I'm at my 3rd cycle and with my budget this is what I found. My goal is to have an overall good muscular shape since I've never been under 12% bf I guess it's my metabolism... So this is how it looks:
week 1-12 tst e at 500mg
Week 1-10 eq at 250mg
week 1-4 var at 50mg ed
week 3-15 hcg at 250iu 2x/wk
week 14-18 nol at 20mg ed
Clomid?
Would that be a good one to keep putting on muscle and not taking too much ?
