gyno or not?

hey guys so ive had a few gyno issues, basically this is what happened

week 1-7: test prop 100 mg eod
week 7-11: nolva pct 40/40/20/20, a small lump appeared under my right nipple towards the end of the first week
week 12: stopped nolva to see if gyno would go away, it didnt
week 13: 40 mg nolva for a week symptoms went away but lump didnt
week 14-19: 20 mg of nolva, no change in gyno
week 20: got frustrated so went back up to 40 mg, been at this dosage for 8 days and no change

im starting to wonder if its even gyno, theres a hard lump under my right nipple only but i swear i fluctates, sometimes it looks normal and sometimes it doesnt. should i bother continuing with nolva or is the only option surgery?

i have attached a photo of the nipple with the lump under it.

any guidance would be appreciated. thanks

It could be a cyst more so than gyno. I had a golfball sized cyst under my right nipple some years ago and swore it was gyno, but turns out is wasnt. simple 25 min surgery removed it. consult your physician

interesting you say this, i actually got a severely infected cyst on my back in my first week of cycle.

yeah it looks odd, get it checked out!
