    first time with Tren, question on other AS/support to run with, pct

    Keep in mind I am in the PLANNING PHASE and am not going to consider starting until I have a diet plan with every meal planned, a AS and PCT plan, and a plethora of information on all substances I would use.

    BACKGROUND
    I'm 26 and looking at my 3rd cycle. 210lbs 18% BF 6ft1 inch. I'm looking for the cleanest building of muscle I can run. I lost my records for dosages of old cycles when my hard drives died so I'll try and remember as best I can.
    My first cycle was super T, low dosage. Some results mostly strength. 2 years ago.
    Second was roughly 600mg of super T a week (week 1-10), minimum dose of deca probably 200mg a week. (week 1-8)
    Dbol 50mg every day I believe for 4-6 weeks. HGH twice a day I can't remember the dose. I tried masterone in the 2nd month but it didn't give me any more growth. My results were amazing for the first month then basically halted at the 2nd month. I believe this was due to not increasing my intake of nutrients sufficiently to cover the 20lbs of muscle I put on. Unfortunately because my diet wasn't clean I also put on a good 15lbs of fat. Also I had problems arrise where my body was kicking back the egg white protein I was drinking, and I can't digest milk product protein. So I'm strongly inclined to believe i had insufficient protein intake that 2nd month. I'm currently drinking chocolate beef protein without issues of digestion. I KEPT the vast majority of the muscle I put on
    I've been lifting weights for 10 years and believe most of my problems with adding more muscle stems from a diet without enough of one thing or another. I am preparing for military service and know I'll be taking a risk with detection times being what they are. However as I've taken deca a good 7 months ago it will still be detectable for quite some time anyways if put to a professional test. But I am strongly in control of my emotions and doubt anyone will ever accuse me of use based on behavior. And I have switched to a method of lower weights but with explosive contraction phase, followed by a 2 second squeeze and a 4 second lowering of the weight under tension. I am striving to get away from a weight lifters attitude of moving weight and more towards a bodybuilders attitude of muscle contraction and control. I have had great burns since the switch over.

    NOW
    I am currently putting together a plan to use Super T (450mg/ml) and Trenbolone Acetate 75mg/ml for muscle growth.
    My concerns as a first time user of tren A stem from reading the profile here. I have not decided on dosages yet.
    I am NOT prone to side effects but wish to minimalize the possibility of sides such as gyno or liver damage. I'll be using liver support throughout and in PCT.
    Based on "Anabolic Review Steroid Profile: Trenbolone Acetate" it seems running Letro during the cycle would be prudent, switching to nolvadex sometime in PCT. People say you can run letro at a low dose such as .25mg as a preventative measure. There is discussion that running letro can hamper results but I'd rather have 10% less muscle and reduce sides. Letro does cause digestive issues in high doses for me.
    T3 was noted as well, I'll just quote it below

    "Ironically, even though Tren is an excellent contest prep drug, it lowers your thyroid level(23), and this raises prolactin. I recommend taking T3 (25mcgs/day) along with your Tren to avoid elevating your prolactin too high via this route."

    I have used t3 along with clenbuterol for fat loss and felt basically nothing while taking t3. It may be working but I never felt it. 50-100mg it made no difference. Clenbuterol on the other hand seemed to work well but I didn't like the feeling of high blood pressure at 100-125mcg a day. If t3 at 25mcg a day is a good idea I'll run it and likely see no problems from it.
    I am doing further research into using hcg either during the cycle or more likely, as part of PCT. My most likely use of HCG would be to start it 10 days before I stop the test and continue for 2-3 weeks after stopping the test. I
    I had planned on nolva and hcg in PCT but if I'm using letro during cycle I'll have to plan my pct with that in mind.
    As this isn't a cut I wasn't planning on using anything like winstrol or clenbuterol. Maybe clen after to help shrug any fat gains.


    WHAT I HAVE NOW
    This list is what I have not what I will necessarily use. If something should be run during this cycle, chime in and I'll research running it. I can't get any more AS it takes too long but can buy research chems if necessary.
    Super Test: 45ml of 450mg/ml . Super T hurts like hell no matter how many times it was used in the same place.
    Test Prop: 20ml of 100mg/ml
    Trenbolone Acetate: 20ml of 75mg/ml
    T3: as much as I want
    HCG: 10,000 IU
    ANASTROZOL 0.25 MG 100 pills
    Clomid: 50mg Plenty
    Dbol: 11 pills of 50mg
    Anadrol: 12 pills of 50mg
    Winstrol: 24 pills of 50mg.
    Nolvadex: as much as I want. Pill and liquid form
    Letro: as much as I want Liquid
    Clenbuterol: as much as I want Liquid and pill
    Keto: as much as I want, goes with clenbuterol for extended use.
    Cialis: as much as I want and hopefully wont need heh.

    SUPPLEMENTS: I'm not sure if its agaisnt forum rules to post who makes your supplements I'll edit it out if its against. I'm not trying to sell anyone anything.
    I take orange triad multivitamins daily and lots of fiber.
    My primary protein shakes are carnivore beef protein in hot water. Beef protein was my last resort for protein but i wish i had found it sooner. I cannot have any dairy product for protein such as whey or cassein. Egg protein gives the worst gas and soy, rice and hemp protein taste god aweful and are too expensive. Beef protein tastes like hot chocolate.
    My preworkout drink is NO-Xplode without caffeine. I may drop this as I hopefully won't need the boost.
    I have competitive edge labs on cycle and post cycle liver support (milk thistle, n-acetyl-l-cysteine, panthothenic acid, vit B-5, saw palmetto extract, grape/celery seed extract, b-6, pyridoxine HCL, zinc gluconate.
    And competitive edge natural testosterone support for PCT
    NOW mega pack of carbs. 50grams per half a cup.

    Diet is mostly ground beef, chicken breasts, vegetables, rice, and bread right now.

    Keep it simple....Not a fan of your Super Test 450. 9-10 times that shit is junk. Just to hard to suspend that much product (450mgs/mL). I would run your Test, Tren and HCG. Get you an AI like Aromasin and take roughly 20mgs/daily of Nolvadex. Its what I take and it keeps my gyno away. Im prone to gyno and Aromasin by itself doesnt keep it away. Some guys on here say take a higher dosage of Tren to Test, I dont. Maybe start off with say 500mgs/Wkly Test and 350mgs/Wkly Tren and go from there.

    Hm super t was cheaper and more concentrated. if it has a reputation for being worse than other forms of test, that I need to know.
