First off my stats.
6'1" 235lbs 40yrs old. 18%BF Been working out decent for 1.5 yrs.(Worked out also back when I was 20-23)
My main goal is to boost my strength. My goal of Benching 315 and squat 405.(Just my personal goal) Currently can bench 235 for 1 rep and Squat 335 for 3 reps.
I am happy with my size. I understand I could go up to 250 or so while on AS
I am on my second week of pinning Andropen 275. Sundays .5cc and Thursdays .5cc.
Supplier said keep at that for about 3 more weeks then try .75cc 2x/week (Looking to do a 12-14 week total cycle)
2 Different gym folks said I would be good with taking DHEA to help keep my personal "Test" going and Indole-3-carbinol as a estrogen blocker. Both of these purchased at the local vitamin shop.
Any strong feelings on these 2 types of products. Dont take them or????
