I have planned this for two months, made sure I had time, ordered gear, changed my mind, ordered different gear, ordered pct, studied my diet, fixed my diet, etc.. So I guess Im ready to start my cycle, but every god damn time I get online, I read something else that makes me reconsider. At any rate, Heres my plan. please tear it apart or give it the seal of approval.
Week 1-4: 500mg Test Enanthate/week, 30mg Dianabol/day, 25mg Proviron/day
Week 4-10: 500mg Test Enanthate/week, 25mg Proviron/day
Week 11-12: 2000iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin/week
Week 13-14: Nolvadex 40mg/day
I am not frontloading because this is my first cycle
I am spreading the Dbol out throughout the day (pill every 2 hours w/ meal)
Using HCG to jumpstart balls between last test dose and start of PCT
Proviron throughout cycle to keep estrogen low and muscles hard
Lift 2 days, Cardio 1 (30 min) Lift 2 days Cardio (30 min) Rest 1. I can elaborate, if anybody wants.
Shooting for 5000 calories daily, 2-3g protien per lb bw, lots of carbs from pasta, brown rice. Lots of Veggies, beans and broccoli especially.
I guess thats it. Killing it in the gym I think is the biggest thing and giving time to recover. I read all the newbie posts, but I still want a little tailored info to my cycle. Any recommendations, changes?
I am 6'2" 206lbs 9% bf. Lifting hard for one year, but off and on for about 5-6. Im excited to take the next step. Barring any huge mistakes I may have made in buying all my stuff, I am starting monday.![]()
