    First cycle help!

    Hey people any advice given on a cycle or diet would be greatly appreciated, or, if i should even be cycling? I've been lifting for the last 2 years for a sport and have decided to drop it and pursue lifting full time. I work out 5 times a week, mon - biceps, tues- shoulders and legs, wed - back, thurs - chest and triceps, friday - break, sat- full body, sun - break. My stats are age: 18, bf 10% weight: 130lbs. My diet is 6- 8 meals a day which consists of;

    Meal 1 - 4 eggs, 1 cup of oatmeal + 2 scoops of carb shake

    Meal 2 - 1 can of tuna and 1 banana

    workout >> whey protein straight after

    Meal 3 -200g tuna with wholemeal pasta and spinach leaves

    Meal 4 - Stirfry with chicken or beef

    Meal 5 - 300g chicken breast with broccoli and 1 cup of brown rice

    Meal 6 - 500g steak with brussel sprouts

    Meal 7 - Carb shake + banana

    1 cup of cottage cheese before bed.

    Any help on the diet or roids if i should of shouldn't be doing them yet would be greatly appreciated!

    Too young brother. At 18 ur body should b producing enuf natural Test. to make some VERY impressive gains, if u use steroids @ ur age there is a greater risk of permanently shutting down that natty production & ending up on TRT or HRT 4 life.

    Alright thanks. I've been doing some thorough research into it for the last year and decided it'd be best to get proper opinions. Anything else i could be doing to bulk up faster?? Improvements in diet?

    I agree with bears recommendations. At 130lbs and 18 years old you can put on serious muscle naturally. I also came here when I was 19 and figured out that I was to young and im glad that I did. Wait a while and learn some more and get to your genetic potential before looking into AAS.

    Don't take the chance of messing yourself up. Get a good diet and training regimen together and use it! Not worth the risk man.
