    Prop Dbol Cycle update

    Wanted to check in on my cycle and the experience ive had thus far.

    Week 1-9 50 mg prop ED (12pm ed inject)
    Week 1-4 30 mg DBol ( Spread evenly daily)
    Week 4-9 Hcg ( 2x 250 iu )
    Week 9-13 Clo 100/50/50/25 ( evenly split daily)

    Letro+ dex on hand

    Start date Nov 2nd; Currently 12 days in.

    Starting Stats : 26 5'10 195 15-17% bf

    Current states: 205 15-17% bf


    Strength gains are massive. I have already surpassed my work out mate; who is usually 25% stronger than me in most movements. My previous experience is with test enth. I will never go back. Prop is a much better experience for me. My mood is much more stable and I find myself laughing and smiling all day for no reason!

    Everyday injections are really easy. I prep pin the night before; wake up brush; take supps and hit the pin and start my day.

    Diet has been 300 pro 300 carb give or take.

    My conservative goal is 210 @ 12-14 % bf
    Dream goal : 220 @ 12 -14% bf

    11/17/11 Update :

    Morning weigh in 208!!! Very happy to see this number continue to rise.

    Looks like my Bf is remaining about the same which im happy with since this is a bulk.

    Slight androgenic acne forming on my temples which is very common for me anyhow.

    My lifting mate is a moody douche since I surpassed him in the strength department. He plays with his phone during workouts and even refused to bench on my bench cause he said its sweaty. Not because we would have to remove all my weight to make it manageable for him lol.

    I had gyno surgery 2 months ago and the scar tissue is still building up. Its causing some paranoia about getting it again. Im currently running a very low dose of letro. I have kenalog ( cortizone) shots scheduled to shrink the scar tissue down next week, which should make me feel better.

    I am really irritated with my oils that came in swiftpax. I must have pinned too far and put a hole in the bottom of the bag. Leaked all over. Put in new order for repla***ent.

    What caused the gyno the first time? puberty or prior cycle?

    I had gyno surgery twice. Once at 14 and again at 26. I do not attribute any of it to steroid use . During gyno surgery it is common to leave a very small part of the gland to prevent the nipple from healing to the chest wall. However, this small amount is up to the discretion of the surgeon. My first surgeon left too much and it wound up growing back by the time I was 15-16.

    My second surgeon erred on the side of caution and left the absolute minimal amt. I also managed to get insurance to cover everything.

    I am pretty much a gyno surgery expert at this point. Just like with steroid use , one must do tons of research. I am part of another online forum for gyno sufferers. If you ever feeling down just head over there, some of these guys have actual female sized breasts. Steroid users have a unique understanding of hormones that a lot of these natural gyno sufferers do not possess and in some cases do not have access to.

    11/18/11: First day that I can def. say dbol is firing on all cylinders. Back pumps are intense and painful. I spent the day raking leaves... anyone with dbol experience can imagine!

    I also had a chance to check out my progress in a full length mirror. It looks like I have put on mass from head to toe. Its almost as if you took a pic. of me 3 weeks ago and then blew it up .

    I do think im going a bit over board with my card intake at 300grams ED. I may lower it a tad to dial down fat deposits. Specially with dbol making my cardio difficult.

    I dont keep a training log. To be honest I feel like the movie unbreakable; I continue to add weight and continue to be shocked that I can move it. Ill have a better answer for you at the end of next weeks training. I can say that I am averaging 30-50lbs on compounds and 5-15 on isolation movements.

    Keep up the good work...Like to know a little more about your PCT though. When exactly will you start it and cut the HCG ? As you have it all listed in week 9. And no Nolva w/ the clomid? Maybe i missed it somewhere. if so, i apologize.

    you said you might cut back on your carbs? you are taking it 300 and want to cut it back? Im having 600gr of carbs somedays, at least 400. Protein 300+

    Thanks for your input. I will start clo 2 days after last prop inject. HCG will be stopped as soon as I start pct. Neg on the nolva; only running clomid.

    11/24/11 morning weigh in 215!


    Today I am taking stock. A lay off , 2 major surgeries, and a heep of other problems I wont burden you with. Left me at 170 lbs. Just 5 short months ago I was a pysichal wreck. After months of killing myself in the gym and kitchen, im finally back to fighting weight. I am living proof that when everything goes to hell, invest your time and energy into certainies. Our sport is a certainty. You get what you put in and there is no crying foul! Happy holidays!

    11/30/11 Still hovering around 215.

    I dropped the dbol down a few days ago to 20mg ED. This was after a few days of shin and calf pumps preventing my jogs.

    Started hcg 500iu EW; nuts are hardly shrunk at all.

    No real side effects to report.

    Im unwavering in my protein and healthy fat intake. Im still working on finding the perfect amount of carbs. Keeping my bf% or lowering in a little would be ideal.
