Mixed hcg life

How long can I keep hcg mixed in the vial to use 250iu every 3days as it comes in 5000iu vial and it's written on it that it has to be used imediatelly after mixing with the fluid.
And it also says for intramuscular inj?????

Mine says on the box to use within 45 days of reconstituting it. It also says to keep refrigerated. You can use it IM or subcutaneous.

Pregnyl brand HCG says theirs is stable for 60 days after mixing.
