Angry Test prop flu please help!!!!

So I'm into my first week of test prop at 200mg EOD, about 3 days in i begin getting flu like symptoms, headache, nauseous, no appetite and extremely tired. Its really starting to piss me off because i cannot train more than 2 or 3 days a week like this and even when i do my workouts are total shit, it feels like im going backwards. Should i stick it out for another week or two or just stop the cycle all together. I have 2 other mates on the exact same gear and they are not experiencing any of these sides. What if i lowered the dosage?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Some will diagree... Because it a NSAID but take ibuprofen. It takes majority of symptoms away so you can train. Also high amounts of vitamin C. Has worked for me.

Test flu has nothing to do with the flu. Its your body adjusting to the hormones. Test flu usually passes fully in a few days. My experience was hellish and scary; but after 2 days I felt like a million bucks. Is this your first cycle?> 200mgs eod is on the high side.

Test flu sucks. But you may also have a real virus. Thats the problem with cycles this time of year, its hard to tell what you have. Its not specific to the gear. I've gotten it once on pharm grade, so if your buddies don't have it then it doesn't really mean anything. Either way I ride it out when I get sick, I may lose a week during a cycle but I don't ever just stop and wait till I get better.

Correct test flu has nothing to do with the flu. But it is test flu because it mimics the symptoms of the flu(slight fever , lethargy , loss of appetite ). Test e at the beginning of a cycle always gives it to me.

Well it's been 8 or 9 days since my first jab and there's only been a couple days where I've actually felt fine. I can tell my hormones are all over the place because I have a constant temperature and im sweating a lot. No real strength improvements yet apart from my endurance going up. Should I expect to feel like shit for the duration of the cycle?

definitely not, make sure you're taking some vitamin C and eating clean. It will pass, just ride it out and train through it, take a pre-workout if you don't and work it out
