    Continue to inject ecen when ur sick?

    Another stupid question....... Running gear couple weeks in and I come down sick, cold flu like symptoms. I have kids and the little shits get me sick all the time. So question is when im sick its tought to eat what Im suppose to, tought to work out, do I continue to inject or stop and start in few days? Not sure ecen tjough not working out or eating for few days if I continue so my blood levels stay on cycle

    You dont stop a cycle because you're ill. Get a big push bottle of hand sanitizer and train ur goblins to use it. Prob. with kids is that they go to school and come into contact with all the illnesses in the district and bring em home. Yuck.

    I have the same problem w/my kids as well. Just push through it as best you can. I know it sucks but it does pass. Lately i've been using Lysol spray twice a day throughout the entire house and i use a bleach/water in a spray bottle to clean things such as fridge and door handles. And anything else they touch frequently. Seems to be working cause although they still get a little sick, me and the wife are just fine.

    Lol I bleach everything to...wrk in public transit system so germs everywhere and I know it passes just wanted to know vb if I continue cycle injections which I have so thats good. My mind tells me I am wasting the gear cause im not eatting enough or wrking out enough but I continue todo what I capable of.....thanks

    Supplement w/carb/protein drinks. I find working out in the a.m. while sick is best for me. Energy is high as it's going to get within the first few hours upon waking.
