First cycle

Anyone want to give advise on a first anavar cycle? Using it to recover from shoulder surgery. Basically just need to get my shoulder blades back where they should be. Getting impatient. Was thinking of 5mg, 2x daily for 4 weeks?

bro that isnt going to do to much, most people run it at 40mg ed or above for 6-8 weeks.....Madmax....

No? I can get whatever I need, I just don't care about being bigger. Strictly a performance issue. So should I take more throught the day? I'm almost 6' and 165, and don't care about weight gains per say. Just want to speed up recovery, (impingement surgery).

Should start with a lower dose, and taper up, then back down?

I only picked Anavar because I was told it would be my best fit?

Was the anavar prescribed by your physician for post-surgery recovery?

No. Doc says do whatever I can to get my rom. My goal is to get my rhomboids to pull my shoulder blades to the proper position, and eliminate further impingement. I'd like to speed the process.
