I do all kinds of stuff and especially supersets on Tren! High reps, low reps, negatives i do em all. I don't go to heavy anymore, pretty much stay within 6-12 rep range. And Tren doesn't cripple you cardiovascularly.Are you going to run the Boston Marathon on it? No. But i still get on the treadmill 2-3times a week. I don't kill it, typically 2-3 miles @ 4.2-4.6.
I still can do 45 minutes cardio with no problem. But I have heard some guys comment that they can't climb a set of stairs. Not sure if they are exaggerating. Dose also plays a part in it, I am sure.
i dont change my work out.
never tried tren but logicly any ass i would pick up the intensity no matter what with that ass you will grow no matter how much cadio you do
