I'm 28yrs old, I'm at the gym 5 times a week. I at 235 now I was 290 I dropped weight. I want to get some size now and wanted to know what to take. Don't want to be a monster but I want some size.

do some research its not hard too find out if you read
^^^^ To be more specific, read the stickies and steroid profiles to see which steroid might help you attain your goals. Typically test e is a starters best option.

I have done Research but I'm still not sure what to used. I'm 5'9 bf is at 17% and my diet is 1200 cal a day. Eat six times a day.
quick question, new to this. any help would be great. i have 10iu vials of hcg. how much water should i put in them to properly mix solution and how the hell do i dose at 250 iu ? does that mean 2.5 on my insulin pin??
1200 cals is not nearly enough to put on size. Go to the nutrition section.

bro check it out, your a big dude "obviously" but not everything is gym gym gym. food, form and recovery time are huge when wanting to grow... if when u say "what to take" u mean sauce , in my humble opinion i would worry more on maxing out naturally first and perfecting your routine. you will keep alot of your gains if you just do a ton of research and dont just jump in without knowing!!! keep reaching out bro these guys advise and it will totally help you!!
