    Asian brother needs new Recipe or/and advice!

    hey guys.

    to all my asian brother out there, or any1 can help lol

    so, you may have guessed that im asian. chinese 100% i'm really having a hard time to put on muscle.
    im on my 2nd cycle now 10th week on testoviron depot 250mg and deca 200mg 2mls of each per week. and the 1st one was on sus, tran and prop.

    untill this day,i haven't seen much difference or gains. the 1st cycle i was eating low carbs hi protein now im eating alot more carbs but clean.

    what am i doing wrong? is there a special stack for asians? lol

    When you say eating a lot more carbs and high protein, how Much exactly? What do your meals consist of and when do you eat? Also what is your training split like? How much weight have you gained on this cycle so far?

    Well as England sed, let's hav a look @ ur diet & training to c if we can figure out the root of ur plateau. Curious..............y did u run Sust. & Prop. 2gether in ur 1st cycle?

    food: about 40/40/20. brakfast 10 egg whites 50gs oats in water. gym 45mins - 1hr, shack, then eat red chiekcn or tuna with rice or. rest of the day i eat meals with in every 3-4hrs along with snacks of nuts, yogt etc... shack around 3pm. dinner red meat and vegi then around 10pm shack b4 bed. sleep for 8hrs and do it all over again.

    gains: maybe 1kgs. started 86kgs.

    yeah i did, sus 2per week, tran prop every other day coz i didnt really want to have the water blow look.

    work out: 1st cylce i did alot more cardio at the same time but now almost no cardio just to see what will happen.

    "Last time u did mor cardio than this time"................................that tells me nothing bout ur training. U ran 2 different Test compounds becuz "u didn't want to hav the water blow look"........................that makes no sense bro.

    Based on this post, I can say with almost 100% certainty, ur routine (both diet & training) is wrong 4 gaining mass. I would still like 2 c a detailed breakdown of ur daily intake & ur training regime.

    ok. my training now is muh the same as last time but almost out cardio. i do 4 sets 12, 10, 8, 8 reps while going up in weight. eg: chest i did tonight, start with dbs flat 25kg/12 30kg/10 then 35kgs/8/8 reps, then incline 25kg 27 and 30kgs then decline about the same. btw my chest is weak due to my dislocation shoulder.

    well know i understand alot more now then b4. i should have stay with the sust and cut with short ester but all said and done.

    7:30am:

    250ml egg white

    40-50gm multigrain oats with half T-spoon honey or nutella

    1 pack multivitamin

    1 caps krill fish oil



    8:30am:

    45min Work-out

    2 scoops amino acid (during work-out)



    9:30am:

    2 scoops protein



    10 - 10:30:

    No fat yogurt



    11:00am:

    200gm chicken or tuna and half cup brown rice



    1:30pm:

    200gm tuna or chicken and half cup brown rice and salad



    2:30pm:

    1 scoop protein



    4pm:

    200gm chicken or red meat and sweet potato or brown rice



    6pm:

    200gm red meat and half plat of steamed veggies



    8:30 - 9pm:

    2 caps fish oil

    40-50gm multigrain oats



    10:30pm:

    1 scoop casein protein



    Fruit and nuts will be nibbled on through the day

    hmmmm....
    well, i'd like to add that the genetic difference between humans and baboons is about .2%
    another way of saying this is that we have 99.8% of our DNA in common.

    the difference between human and human, only other difference being race, would be so small to be "negligable"

    i'm guessing between white boy (me) and asian (you) the difference would be something like 0.000000002% difference, since we could probably trace back a common ancestor to 10 or 20 thousand years max!

    the reason i take the time to say all this, is that, basically all the races are the same, and therefore, stacks should not be based on race.
    Should actually be based on lifting experience, cycle experience, age, weight, height, bf%, these types of things...

    To me, I'm doing everything right and giving 100% that's y te only thing i can think of is race. I must say my experience is not a lot but I'm alway learning..

    It could be your supplements, where do you get them from and where are they made? Also, the quality of the AAS and your low dose could have something to have with it. You can try some Dbol or oxy and see if you get any gains. Even tough gainers gain on Dbol.

    Yes, you need Chinadrol, the only AAS that works for Chinese men.

    not 100% where its from (its not like i can go in to shop and buy them) but i just have to trust a mate.

    yeah im thinking of geting some dbols but i only have like 2weeks left but maybe for next time.

    I get the impression this aint a troll, but a member with a legit question.

    Soooo..... getting back on track.

    To answer your question, i think If you posted your diet in the diet section, there are a host of lads that will pick your diet apart. I usually do my analytics with an excel spread sheet, and loath calculating things by hand and a piece of paper. You say a 40/40/20 split with 4k/cals/day. Are you sure or are you just guessing? it looks light to me, but I too am just eyeballing it.

    the four pillars to growth are diet, exercise, rest, and knowledge. We have already discussed diet. Next comes exercise.

    you really should go over to the exercise section and read the section called "How to grow" here...

    after you have digested all that knowledge, then create your own lifting routine, and then post it in the exercise section for the lads over there to look at for improvement opportunities.

    Finally, there is knowledge. When i was younger, and especially before the internet, I lifted like a fiend, with only marginal results. Come to find out, I had a couple of serious flaws.... I was overtraining, and didn't pay enough attention to my legs. AND I didn't allow proper rest!!! Once I corrected those huge flaws, then I started seeing better results from all the effort.

    I suspect you too are probably not doing something correctly. Won't know what it is until you do everything I just told you.
