Standard advice is to never take two orals at the same time. Too harsh on the liver!

Never do it..
with that said.. i'v run test/eq/dbol/var at the same time... liver support was in place as well, crazy strength gains risked big injury but i was doing low volume static training so i was ok.. stopped after 3 weeks..
good cycle.. would i do it again?? NO.. lower back pumps putrid urine and this was the real sign that i was over taxing my system..

tbol exhibits properties between dbol and anavar.
replace both your orals by tbol.
