I am running just a sust/deca/adrol cycle for now. nothing tooo crazy
750mg Sust a week
400mg Deca a week
100mg Anadrol everyday.
I got some arimidex on hand. I was doing .25mg a day before I went to sleep, the last 3 days I didn't do it cause I stupidly forgot it at home!
How much, if any, should I be running arimidex for? I've heard it lowers my gains?? Is that true??
