TEST FLU - Do these symptoms ever stop?

Hey y'all, this is my first cycle. I'm 23, been training for 5 years (weight 190lbs, BF 15%, Height 5'11). I'm running Test-E (250mg/ml) at 400mg per week for 12 weeks. I have nolva for my PCT. My diet is on point - I have done plenty of research and have met with multiple doctors regarding my diet.
It is currently my 3rd week, but the day after every injection thus far I have been feeling feverish, sluggish, and slightly achey (as if I have the flu!). I'm sure its not an infection because my injection site is never swollen, red, or hot. I'm aware that it could just be my body adjusting to the hormone levels, and its natural reaction to a foreign substance. But will these effects ever stop over the course of my cycle? Please critique anything that seems necessary.

    Thanks!
