    Is this normal?

    I just finished my second cycle of test and deca but didnt really see much results like I hear it should. Is it possible I was sold some bunk stuff? What should I do or take now that im done with my second cycle?

    stats before and after cycle please? Also how long was your cycle? Have you used the same gear before

    Yeah give us some more info. How much did you run, did the deca make you bloated?

    I was taking 600 of deca and test a week. when I started I was 230lbs and I dropped to 220. I did notice getting a bit stronger for a bit, but not consistent. each cycle was about a month so Im on two months now. Deca did not make me feel bloated.

    A cycle is from when u start to you stop.
    Not how many months you do
    So it sound like you did one 2 month cycle.

    You dropped 10lbs?
    How tall are you
    whats your bf% before and after

    Do you have pct?

    Lol it takes about a month for the stuff to start working properly but you still should have put on a little water weight.

    How long have you been training?

    It takes at least 5 weeks for blood levels to peak so running 1 or 2 month cycles isnt a wise choice.
