    A diet whilst on cycle with a macro split of 70/20/10 is not a perfect diet. You need more carbs. No wonder you're not making gains.

    You've set yourself up for failure and you're not ready to cycle. Period.

    it sounds to me like you still dont know much about building muscle or gaining/losing weight. you need to get your diet in check first. you also said you are working out twice a day? maybe over-training could result in the no pump & decreased mood. if you've gained 10 pounds in 2 weeks, its probably not fake.

    I have always kept lower carbs, consume them all before and just after my work out. Roughly 100-150grams daily and I grow like a weed. Again, different strokes for different folks.
