Yes. Although deca/clen isn't a proper stack.

If you are doing a cutting cycle, there are better choices than deca. test/eq/winny with some liquidex would be a good choice for a first cutting cycle. What is your past cycle experience and stats?

Deca/winny is a good stack but you can use clen with any cycle. It is not an AAS however.
