I was recommended this workout below when I first started posting on here a few months back about how I wanted to get bigger and what work out was right for me as a beginner. I used this work out for a while now and I have seen insane strength gain in my lower body; I went from having literally not butt to my pants literally tearing and breaking now. I am more than half way done with my 500 MG of Test and 500 MG of Deca cycle, which I have went from 146 Lbs to 180 on already. I wish I would see the same dramatic results as I have on my legs, on my chest or on my shoulders or bicepts even. Also, this work out makes me take many days off, for example it works like this: Monday: Workout A; Tues:OFF; Wed:B; Thurs:Off;Fri:A then two more days off. My friend who is on the same cycle tells me I am crazy for taking so many days off, and for having such a short work out. Am I doing the right thing by staying on this program? I would really appreciate some feedback!

3x5 Squat
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Bent Rows (or power cleans)
2x8 Chin-ups
