    Winstrol or Deca Durabolin?

    First time user I would like any input on what might be better for a shoulder recover after surgery. I would like to get back in the gym and recover. Any thoughts?

    You dont need AAS for that. And I have no idea why you would even consider winstrol for rehabilitating an injury.

    Sit back and relax...I simply started by doing raises w/no weights at all. Took a long time but it finally came around. Took me 6 months before i could work upper body.

    winny?!? for recovery WOW... im sure you heard that a friend of a friend sauced up and his shoulders felt great... check your source... good thing your asking before u just jump in.. most likely it was your rotor cuff, a ton of us here have had that problem me included train with a medical rubber band and just strenghten it up imo.. you should never do a cycle just for that reason cause honestly you could really injure self alot worse..
