    Test Only Cycles

    So here is the situation. I have only ever run 1x 12 week Test E cycle at 500mg/wk. That was a bit over a year ago.

    My stats are as follows
    30 yrs
    235 lbs
    10% bf
    5'11

    So, I can only seem to get my hands on Test E again and i plan to run another 12 weeks of the same cycle as before. I gained apx 30 lbs last time that i kept most all of, what i did lose intially i gained back.

    Is this ok for a second cycle? It seems alot of people start mixing up compounds. I would hate to see minimal at best growth.

    I wont start for another couple weeks because (i know this is eccentric) I have to stock up on food for 12 weeks and ensure that will have a diet prepared in a way that miss not one meal. I count every calorie in every meal and basically live off water and tupperware. (perishables i have to keep buying but my pantry will have alot of almonds, lol)>

    Stocking up on food is not eccentric! Not in our world anyway . Sounds like 500 did the job for you. From experience I would suggest just running 500 again . btw 235 at 10 percent is swole any chance for a pic?

    Agreed. U hav 2 eat rite yr round, not just on cycle, this is a FULL time commitment. Wut r ur goals?

    Yep I'm a complete newbie but it sounds like it worked for you so stick with what works

    Why change something that works. People are to quick to increase doses and add compounds. I'm all for experimentation to see how you responds to certain AAS but do it to fast and you have no where to go in a short time.

    I would run that same cycle at the same dose until you can no longer grow, then you can try to adjust training and diet. Slow and steady, or you can attempt to gain >20lbs each cycle and have bp/hematocrit/hemoglobin etc issues and struggle to maintain.

    my first current cycle is test only and IM SO HAPPY. because the PIP on virgin muscles especially quads is brutal i have skipped 2 gym sessions already. i'd have been so mad if i had a kickstart and was forced to sit at home. u really wanna stick to test only cause there are so many variables. Im glad i did atleast. easing into it ya know?

    it's enanthate. ive read cyp is even less painful i think i should have gone with it.


    also just to clarify, ass pain is easily bearable and goes away quick but the quads were so bad that putting weight on my right quad caused it to involuntarily collapse so i couldn't lift out of risk of injury! i was considering sticking to machines and just getting movement in but thought better of it (and decided to just wait a day). hopefully the pain goes down by the 2nd/3rd site injections. if not ill avoid quads entirely.

    Im on prop ED injects. Im completely fed up with quad injections. I have no idea why but its my most painful inject site. I can do delts, tris, calf, and glutes with little to no pain. But my quads have been hurting enough to make me wanna puke during injections.

    I've been having a hell of a time with quad shots of test E too. I don't know what it is. The shot itself doesn't hurt, but it has me limping for days afterwards. I think I'm going to pick up some oil or b12 and start cutting it...

    I'm ending my first test e cycle and only shot quads rotating 2x a week. Mine have been fine except my first prob cause all the shaking and movement. However I hit nerves like 2/3rds of the time, not fun but meh I just push through. Have not had post site pain since my first 1or2. Next time I'll be getting smaller pins and trying delts and calfs I think
