    my bridge

    lookin for a bridge cycle

    1-12 500mg test ene.
    1-12 400mg deca

    on week 9 now went from 155 to 162-4
    no water retention with arim.5 and nolv 20 ed

    looking for a bridge from test ene/deca cycle now
    to my summer 12 week cycle of prop/tren /eq

    just lookin to keep weight up, since i'm such a hard gainer

    My appitite is huge now but still i cannot get the weight..

    at 162 you dont need to bridge yet. time on = time off. dont screw up your natural test production for the long run.

    so f the bridge and start the clomids 3weeks after my last shot?
    i also have hcg should i bust it out for this cycle i'm on now?

    you need to up your calories first of all, if youre not gaining anymore. you need more calories when you gain weight. also, yes, screw the bridge and run clomid 3 weeks after last shot. you dont really need hcg in a 12 weeker IMO, although some would recommend it.

    Run the HCG wks 14-15 @ 500iu ED and start clomid in wk 15.

    like i said, someone would tell you to run it. you will be better off, i wont use it unless im planning a really long cycle. good luck with the cycle, keep us posted.

    Good advice above! What # cycle is this for you? No need to bridge unless you've got more then a couple under your belt, imo

    I agree bridging really should be used when someone has been on for an extremely long time or never intends to come off. It is a bridge to recovery and not a bridge to your next cycle.
