    Lightbulb How should I start?

I am 18 years old, 5' 10" and I weigh in the area of 170-185. I have been working out for about a year now, usually with 3-5 days / week. I am new to the website and the use of anabolic steroids and am wondering how I should go about this, what I should start out with, any information on cycles and diets, the whole deal.

    Anything helps.

at 18 aas use is generally discouraged because of a greater risk of hormonal side-effects. the growth stunting can happen if ur epiphyseal plates are still open. most will recommend waiting till atleast 21 and ideally something like 23. many claim that u already have a huge amount of natty test which is true but I wont lie and say it's equal to aas (or even close ) or something ridiculous lol. basically at 18 the risks outweigh the potential benefits so you want to wait 3-5 years more.

edit: i forgot to mention that studies have indicated test levels peak in the early 20s in men so you're risking permanently damaging that. hence the idea that the endocrine system is still developing. I hope this more candid approach, as opposed to "zomg ull die", will influence your choice OP.

    Welcome to the board mate!
^Agree with WA. Your body is still increasing testosterone production. Taking testosterone or any other steroid for that matter will shut down your normal test production, and thereby potentially impacting the developement of your hormonal (endocrine) system. Let your body develop and continue maturing naturally until your mid 20's.
For now, just focus on diet and exercise. Your body will respond nicely to these two alone. Take the time, do it right, and build a natural foundation you can be proud of. I understand you want results yesterday, but this "sport" of ours takes years of dedication, and really there are no short cuts.
    Knowledge + effort + time = results
    This is the basic formula.
    Cheers!

hey bro if you are deadset on cycling now id just run a moderate test cycle at 500mg/week. run test enanthate, two injections per week(mon/thurs), use 20guage needles to draw and 25guage to inject. 12 week cycle, wait two weeks then run your pct. for pct i recommend toremifene. you can get it thru research chem sites. 120mg the first week, 90mg the second, 60mg the third week, and 30mg the fourth and final week. shoot me a pm if you need some help

the considered safe age is 25. its up to the discretion of longterm members here as to whether or not they advise guys in their early 20's but i doubt any will advise an 18yr old. you can make alot of ground without AAS, you have an abundance of natty test in your system, i know i grew like a weed in my 1st 3yrs of training when i was around your age.

listing your weight with a 15 lb gap tells me that your diet is not in check. at 18 you got the world by the balls hit the nutrition section and watch yourself grow like a weed for a few years then when you have a decent base you could go with a test only cycle

listen bro i agree with you. however you and i both know that an 18year old guy is hard headed and stubborn. do i think he should start cycling at that age? no, unless he plans to try and reach national level/pro status as a bodybuilder.

do i think he is goin to change his mind because a few guys wont give him the info he's askin for on here? no, he will either do it anyway and **** himself up, or go seek the info elsewhere.

i guess my view on it is that most likely he's goin to do it anyway, so id rather guide him thru the process so he is doing it correctly.

eat, eat, eat, you should be able to pack on the lbs. at that age, you really don't need AAS at 19 years old. I'm not sure if I really need them now and I'm 38... AAS are not a substitute for hard work at the gym./
