    cycle advice

    hey ive recently gotten back into trainer and looking to start a new cycle. i been out off training for a while now but when i used to train i used a cycle of sus, deca and d-bol and the results were insane, went from 9 stone to 15 in only 6 weeks and it was far to fast. i lookin at doin a similar cycle but without d-bol and was wondering what would work well instead of that but also dont want massive result so quick this time

    You're 25 now and you've already cycled once? Did you PCT and is your HPTA back to normal?

    well believe me or dont but its true mate couldnt believe me stuff just reacted really really well. looked daft. im 26 now aint trained for a while been on the sick for years and finally got sorted and ready to start again. 5ft 5 and only 9 st or 9 and a half havent been on the scales for a while lol. only done the one cycle and thats it. and i did that wen i was 19 or 20 and was a proper fitness freak

    well if you have trained to the point that your tapped out naturally and your diet is spot on then I would recommend....well first what are your goals??
    do you want to lean, grow, what?

    running one compound for 12weeks should see some great gains

    test e or test c is probably best first time round
